Sweet Movie (1974)

The stories of two diverse women intertwine. In the first segment, the winner of the prestigious Miss Monde 1984 beauty pageant, the statuesque Miss Canada, finds herself trapped in a downward spiral of degradation and humiliation until her emancipation through the liberating force of liquid chocolate. Then, in the second narrative, murderous Anna Planeta steers her candy-filled boat with the large papier-mâché head of Karl Marx on the prow through the canals of Amsterdam, looking for the irresistible delights of flesh, death, and revolution.
