The Algiers Murders (2013)

A narcotics thriller set in the Johannesburg. John Savage stars as a trouble shooting cartel executive who has been ordered to terminate a corrupt police department, which is seizing drug shipments and selling them back onto the streets through its own network of dealers. The handful of honest policeman in the department, find themselves hopelessly out of their depth as they manipulated by this ruthless tactician.
