For the past 80 years, discriminatory development practices have created a segregated society - separating Americans by income, race and social status. After a chance trip to a small Croatian village, real estate developer Jeff Blackard realized there is a better way. Selling everything he had, he set out on a journey to create a village in Texas with the hope of bringing people from all walks of life together again.
