The other side of sadness (2018)

In a hybrid film, both documentary and fiction, five young women describe the feeling of grief when losing a parent at a young age. Anna returns to her father's home, a year after his death. When reunited with his belongings, both his life and death seem present. When Anna loses herself in the music of her father's record player for a moment, Joachim enters the house. The neighbour and a good friend of her father. He is the first person she speaks to about her loss. In one weekend, Anna lives through a storm of emotions as these may come and go in the process of grief.
