Schizo (2002)

In Schizo, Pombeiro reflects upon the importance of the mechanisms of memory in the construction of collective identity. This takes place through the re-viewing of a famous sequence from Hitchcock's film "North by Northwest", which consists of the elimination of the plane that chases the main character and of the introduction of a new soundtrack, thus provoking a feeling of strangeness in the viewer.
