DTL-9 was initially created to revive soldiers on the battlefield, specifically US special forces. Due to the unpredictable results of DTL-9 testing, the project was terminated, so we thought. Mr. Wes King, is a US special forces veteran living in Miami Beach (starring Michael Deluca Tuddenham a real US NAVY veteran). Mr. King is the most qualified independent contractor secretly working with the US government by night and a famous artist by day. His latest mission is to find and/or obtain the DTL-9 serum.
