The Last Wizards (1979)

A good wizard has long been retired, but he really wants to serve people, as before. He offers goods from his youth store - live water, an invisible cap, but as it turns out, these things are not necessary for anyone. Modern people have long ceased to believe in miracles. An evil wizard is also retired, and he tries to reassure the good and convince that at their age it's high time to forget about witchcraft and just relax. But the good old man is used to work.
