When you are an outcast of society and have to sustain your living by selling drugs, wouldn't you rather be given opportunity? This is the central question in Project Wilson, where three street dealers are given the opportunity to change their lives, reintegrate in society and even contribute to educate on the burdensome subject of 'LEGALIZATION'.
