Chicago Soul (2016)

Zooming into the city of Chicago through an electrifying passage, a fractured view of pedestrians in the city comes to light. Nives sits with her daughter, Nela, and grandson, Ranko. She regales them of their youths, and they share in their excitement of Ranko's newborn on the way. Ranko sits with Draga and discusses the future ahead of them as parents. As they drift off into sleep, their baby in the womb dreams of colours sifting to the slow, murky sounds of what occurred outside the womb, from the conversations had to the piano played by Nives. As this vision goes white, Ranko asks his baby if he missed him.
