The Passage of Hours (2017)

The Passage of Hours project started at a filmmaker friend's get together. All of us were working in the Brazilian Industry but lacked the time and opportunity to create something more fulfilling and poetic. Screenwriter Gustavo Carvalho commited to writing a script that would deal with our anxieties and mid thirties ordeals. When it was ready, we read and said let's do it. We got together again, this time for pre-production and did everything over the course of 6 months with an extremely low budget for our pretensions. In the end, we feel that the message of the film, the possibility of two different worlds to interact and transform each other is also what we want in our lives, to be in the business and be able to pursue our own artistic goals.
