A Wicked Past (2017)

A classic relationship drama with a twist. It's about two people, a deaf man and a woman, going on vacation to a cabin in the woods. But the man's ex-girlfriend is persistent to ruin their vacation and keeps disturbing the couple, this results in the man's emotional downward spiral and the last thing they should do is letting their guard down.
