The Kites Are Flying!

A story of tragedy, hope and joy- a journalist's extraordinary experience in the West Bank near the security wall dividing Arab and Jewish land, as he befriends a silent young Arab boy- Said-who spends his time making and flying kites. Welcomed as a guest in the boy's home, he learns of the terrible events in the family's past- but nothing prepares him for the true importance of Said's kites as children's hopes and dreams can fly higher than any wall.
