The Others (2012)

In Bosnia, you can only be an ethnic Bosniak, Croat or Serb or you can file under "the other", but then you are not entitled to the same rights. A recent case involving a Jew and a Gypsy who wanted to run for president has taken the issue to the European Court of Human Rights and to pending constitutional reforms. But identity remains a tormenting issue even among ordinary citizens.
