When a massive rainstorm is predicted to hit Portland Oregon, Zane and Elliott venture through the town to see how the people prepare. Along the way, they meet new people, and learn new things. They venture to find the legendary "Ba" for an epic interview on the side, as well. It's a compelling story of love, lust, adventure and pizza.
