Rocco (2016)

Despite the topic of the film there is no visible penetration, although close. There are numerous shots of full frontal male and female nudity, including graphic shots of Rocco's erect penis (these are usually brief). A large amount of the film is set in various porn shoots during the main actor's career. As mentioned above, you do not see actual penetration, but it is very strongly implied. The most graphic images are murals kept on a wall that are part of the set design for a particular porn shoot. Sexual domination is pictured graphically among these, and one depicts anal fisting between two women. Nothing is left to the imagination.

There are scratch marks and/or bruises visible on the bodies of a few female pornstars that they have gotten from rough sex.

Aggressive sex involves men and women slapping and spitting on each other. Rocco places his fingers deep into a performer's mouth in order to make her gag.

Occasional use of the F word, some uses of 'bitch' and 'bastard.' Some anatomical terms for the male member are used, too.

Some viewers may find the confrontational look at the adult industry to be slightly distressing, and there are a few scenes which could be somewhat upsetting, depending, of course, on whether you can sympathise with the main character. However, there is no overtly scary or suspenseful content to be found.
