It's the Taste (2016)

An emotionally abused 14-year-old girl is discovering that she's probably not of this Earth. She's drawn to blood, and has the ability to control it. After coming home from the institution, her legalistic foster parents become so concerned with protecting her, that they should have been protecting themselves.
