The Empty Man (2020)

In a flashback, a man is seen having sex with a woman but they look fully clothed.

In a spa, a teenage female takes off her robe and walks into a sauna room. Full rear nudity is seen and glimpse of bare breasts before steam covers her.

A man sees a photo of a naked man sitting on a chair. Though full frontal nudity, his genitals are shadowed by darkness.

A man and woman have sex. She has a black sleazy outfit (like black panties and black scantily top) on. He is fully clothed. Looks like they are in the dining room. Scene goes out and then comes back (a few times), does this for about a minute.

A murdered Golden Retriever dog is shown in full detail; it is gutted with holes and is very bloody and disturbing.

An old video tape shows a man scratching at his bloody stomach, removing some intestines, and painting a mural on the wall with his own blood.

A young man is sprayed in the face with mace and forced into a car. Later as he kneels he is hit several times in the face.

Several uses of "f--k," plus "bulls--t," "s--t," "a--hole," and "goddamn," plus a use of "Christ." Middle-finger gestures.

Teens smoke and drink in more than one scene. Main character smokes cigarettes many times. Character drinks several tequilas and beers with lunch. Several instances of whiskey drinking at home. Main character takes prescription Doxepin.
