Lugar del Miedo (2016)

Laura inherits an aunt's house and decides to stay there for a few days with her partner in order to renovate it and sell it. A friend of both of them, Kari, separates from her boyfriend and asks them to stay there during those days. Soon the three of them realize that, although the house has been closed for years, they are not alone.
