There is one scene where the hero and heroine will be playing by spilling water on each other and in one point the heroine will be fully drenched wearing a saree. A labour who is passing by that place will stand and stare at the heroine's (Trisha) navel and hips which is quite seductive and arousing.

There are some moments of strong violence as a heavily pregnant woman is forced to swallow poison and is then strangled whilst being forced to watch her husband being beaten to death.

The woman dribbles some thick blood from her mouth as she dies, and the husband is left lying in pool of blood.

There are also scenes of moderate violence as men fight, with crunchy punches and kicks to the face and body.

Characters are also killed by unseen spirits, with a man left dangling in mid-air while being strangled and another man being dragged across the floor.

Other issues include some moderate bad language, with uses of 'retard'.

There are some scenes of supernatural threat as spirits move about in the house, luring children to pools to drown them, or appearing with blackened and bloodied faces.

There is an extended scene of threat as holy men try to exorcise an evil spirit and the possessed man chases another man and a young boy.
