A forty-something-year-old man with a traditional demeanor is living a husband's worst nightmare: his marriage is stuck in a rut. Even though he makes an effort to make things right, he isn't able to deceive himself any longer, nor to awake any sort of interest in his wife. This man, who hasn't been on a date for over a decade, is less than talented when it comes to seduction, due to his lack of practice. Once night, while he drives around town and wallows in self pity to the rhythm of the music he listened during his younger years, the man runs out of gas and meets a seductive but mysterious woman.
