Yosoji jukujo: Sei shori wa himitsu (2015)

Sakura divorced her husband before she turned 40 because he cheated on her. Although the public labels her a "cuckolded wife," she lives a second life as an insurance saleswoman. Her co-worker, Akihisa, is shy, so his romance with Sakura doesn't get very far, but she is already falling for him because of his mature sex appeal. Her cousin Momiji, who lives in Sakura's apartment, is married, but seeks stimulation from the sex she has been having with her husband. She is also worried about the future of Sakura's love affair with Akihisa. Sakura and Momiji receive a call from Masami, their former teacher from their school days, informing them that her illness has returned.
