Giufà: Is always up to something (2009)

Giufà is about 5 years old, he lives on a day-to-day basis in a modest house and doesn't attend school yet. He is quite clumsy and is often stumbling and falling. Giufà is innocent and ingenuous, he lives life in a sincere and carefree manner, heedless of the outside world that always seems about to collapse. He is curious about life and would like to understand the reality in which he lives in particular that of the "grownups", but each time he finds out there is always something that doesn't quite fit. Absolutely lacking malice and shrewdness, Giufà is frequently prey of imps and swindlers, or ends up being Tamerlano's helpless target, a very spoiled and spiteful child. However Giufà always manages to be unharmed, sometimes even to obtain, almost always unintentionally, advantages for himself. Giufà's best friend is Coco, a smart donkey which he trusts to the point of riding him backwards in order to "watch out from Tamerlano's catapult". The cause of most of his adventures is his mother. She is always ready to give him orders and to ask for commissions. Misunderstandings, unfortunate tasks, execution of orders received and understood, stupidly, in their literal sense will be in fact to the base of a lot of funny sight-gags.
