Chupacabra

A South Texas Myth of an animal that sucks the blood of livestock while leaving the bodies. Chupacabra or 'Goat Sucker' is a mythical animal finally found in San Antonio Texas, but in a un traditional way! It's found in a Mexican dish called Caldo, usually made with beef, but not here. It's found at a local restaurant!
