Alice's Adventures in Wonderland (1956)

This brilliant production of Lewis Carroll's immortal classic stars Lisa Barnett as Alice, a young girl whose curiosity leads her into a series of magical misadventures that will delight young and old alike. Directed be William Sterling, who also wrote the screenplay, this spectacular production features all live action and a musical score of 16 original songs written especially for the film by the Academy-Award-winning team of John Barry and Don Black. Direct Sterling's goal in making this film was to present an authentic, classical "Alice" that would be true to Lewis Carroll's original manuscript.
