Taken under the protective and guiding wing of a kindly Professor, a homeless boy rises to super stardom through his passion for opera after surviving the horror of being sold as a sex slave, near starvation, beatings, drug addiction and being buried alive between the ages of 5 and 15 in the slums of Korea.
