Shiva Kumar is self-inspired and self-motivated individual who is going through a medical condition called "Cerebral Palsy". Cerebral Palsy, a condition where the Disability occurs at the time of Birth or in Pregnancy or post-birth to the child. The ratio of children with this disease is 2 out of every 1000 children. This is the documentary on a life of Shiva Kumar who always tried to overcome the condition of Cerebral Palsy. He is sound mind and is an intellectual person like all of us.
