Dino-Jäger: Auf der Spur der Urzeit-Giganten (2022)

After dominating the kingdom of life for thousands of years, dinosaurs disappeared from the face of the Earth, probably wiped out by a cosmic catastrophe 66 million years ago. Yet they continue to fuel the vivid imagination of humans, who cannot help but associate them with dragons: horned skulls, scaly carapaces and oversized wings are all strikingly reminiscent of the chimerical creatures of millennia-old myths, widely represented in the popular bestiary of "fantasy", from "Lord of the Rings" to "Game of Thrones". These tales and legends have certainly helped to influence the portrayal of dinosaurs, which continues to evolve with the progress of science.
