Before the events of the first REDACTED movie, bare witness where it all began, in an interrogation room, held in the same facility to determine the fates of all the patients. When there are many patients that are held in the facility, it is time to determine if a patient should be executed by electrocution, or should be rehabilitated and tried to be made new, with old characters returning, and new revelations to be discovered in the brand new urban legend, The REDACTED Patients.
