After the Success of Blanket Man and Blanket Man 2, here comes the spin off of the great villains of the universe. Red Boomer is having father-son issues and it ends up not going well; His son, Mr. Blooper plans on creating a terrorist group named the Exiles in order to balance the world from good and evil, from humans and the ones that live in the skies; Weapon's Dealers have troubles. Brett Richardson and his men works on a secret project while Boomer's dealers are going though separation, and seek out new employers.
