Family Business (2000)

When a lovely young woman discovers her sleazy brother has been smuggling drugs thru the family business she knows what she has to do. But her brother knows her plans--and has a plan of his own. Leaving for work, the sexy brunette is chloroformed in her car. Upon awakening she finds herself in a filthy basement tightly roped and gagged Terrified, she is forced to tell her captor that she has shared her information with her two best friends. As Shelley sits cruelly bound, she hears plans being made to abduct her friends. Eventually, she's dragged from the basement, and taken to her girlfriend's home where she finds her friends held captive - by her sister, no less. The tight gag and tighter ropes prevent the three friends from calling for help or escaping. Soon exhausted from the struggles the helpless girls await their fate.
