After the government decides to quarantine a suspected COVID-19 group to a remote location, a desperate man named Raz decides to escape the shady confinement. He sets off on a quest to find refuge with an old friend, Rose. When his text messages begging for help are met with rejection, he spirals into deploying a stream of threats which lead to irreversible primal actions.
