Born in America (2019)

The documentary, Born in America, focuses on a Chinese family who comes to California to have their baby in order to obtain the privilege of American citizenship. Throughout the film, the audience will learn more about 'birth tourism' and why many Chinese families and investors are buying into these programs. Is it legal or not?
