Inside Sabratact (2022)

Inside Sabratact is a peek into the operation of the professional league for a fictional martial team sport. The story is about this sport just now breaking out of a long period of development, into the mass market, with the television broadcast of contests, entry-level professional team franchises being sold to new owners with deeper pockets, major sporting goods brands coming aboard with designer-intense equipment to distribute and a need to advertise to their target demographic. The sport itself is gender neutral. The combat images are dramatic and lighthearted. In this series pilot we introduce a variety of characters and inter-woven story lines. We look inside professional sports, high stakes consumer brand decision-making, boot-strap entrepreneurial business and Hollywood.
