Avenging Angels

A mismatched pair of angels, united by their frustration with the perpetual shortcomings and cruelty of the humans they are charged with observing, decide to create a pair of superheroes to do what their heavenly jobs forbid them from doing: intervening in the land of the living to protect the innocent.
