Rules for Werewolves

A misfit teen, Bobert, finds a new home with a pack of wild kids who live by squatting in empty houses and pillaging suburban neighbors. But there's a power struggle between the violent and the utopic. And when Bobert decides to bring his little brother into mix, he must balance his own urges to find out if there can ever be rules for werewolves.
