The next chapter in the Surge of Power film series. Cinema's first openly gay superhero Surge returns for the crossover event of the year. This time Big City's greatest hero must team up with an unlikely hero a vampire who works for GOD named Dawn. Surge and Dawn must work together to save Big City from a new villain Blackout an evil necromancer who seeks to destroy Surge and gain a seat on the Council.
