Doubt (2019)

Amir and Nazi are moving in the car on a high mountain road. At first, they thought to crash with something like a dog, but they noticed the front car crashed with a woman and strangely, they themselves crashed with a man, Nazi tries to help all the accident injuries but Amir refuses to do, and this leads to disagreement among them. Nazi runs out of the car in front of a supermarket to buy water and never returns. Amir follows Nazi in the supermarket and he is looking for Nazi in the corridors behind the supermarket, he enters a different world when he leaves the building. Suddenly a car crashes with Amir, we find out from the sound inside the car that it's Amir.
