New roads have the potential for a big impact on a small community. The short documentary 24/242 explores a highway construction project in Roseboro, NC by examining the problems it creates and the town's efforts to ensure that the new road benefits Roseboro as much as possible. This film was part of the Anytown, USA course at the Center for Documentary Studies at Duke University.
