Professor Vidyanand is a mathematics in college.He comes across a mischievous student Lallya who has no goal in life and has his own way of living a casual life.Vidyananad transforms Lallya and helps him become graduate when Lallya goes for police training.Vidyanand's college is taken by a power politician who wants the college to conduct his activities,when Vidyanand doesn't bow to him he framed and sent to jail After .Vidyanand is released he teams up with is friend Shambu Mahadeo and plans for revenge against Dharamappa.While Lallya returns as a police officer and finds that Vidyanand has taken to crime and his assigned to take his case.
