Budi is an elementary student who lives in a remote area in Bangka Island. He walks kilometers to school every day. Sometimes if his lucky, he would be able to hitchhike once people from that area are going to the same direction. Even though he lives in an isolated area, he still doesn't want to give up on his education. Budi is a portrait of children from a remote area in Indonesia who are deprived from standard education facilities.
