A chance meeting of Interfaith Ex-lovers on a share cab, and later they chose to spend the rest of the day together to find closure Ram and Heena are ex-lovers, they were together in college but because of their religion, Heena's family did not approve of there relationship, resulting in a breakup without closure. Heena now married, Ram is pursuing his dreams in the film industry. One day, they meet in a share cab purely coincidental. Ram is excited to see Heena, whereas Heena is confused and shocked. Due to circumstances, the cab driver needs to get the taxi fixed. Ram convinces Heena to spend the day with him, Heena initially reluctant later agrees, they end up spending the day together revisiting all there old meeting places around Mumbai. The third character driver of the cab is worried about making more money. With so many new cabs and increasing petrol prices, he is not making enough, resulting in fights between him and his wife. Apoorna Viram is about nostalgia and discovering that closure is just another word for longing.
