Anyone who says that cops don't do much needs to see the policemen in Ji Janaab. It all starts when cops in a small village find some drugs, but drugs without a drug peddler doesn't make that much of a case so they arrest an innocent vegetable vendor. Then they spend the whole day writing a fictional FIR, highlighting the fair nature of police, afterwards they carefully divide the contraband, one half to be shared between themselves the other half would be diluted and increased to original quantity for better headline in the newspaper. The same day a new recruit joins the station and mutely witnesses the blatant abuse of authority, when the cops are almost done with their plan, when all hope seems lost for the innocent vegetable vendor, a tiny intervention flips the whole situation upside down.
