The House on Gallows Hill (2021)

A Real Estate Agent, anxious to make a sale to a Prospective Buyer, is subject to the subliminal influences of an old house with a history of mysterious accidents and suicide. The story is told to the Prospective Buyer by the Realtor, both in person and via telephone, and also using cutaways and flashbacks.
