As an actor, all Jorge Garcia wants to do is perform Shakespeare. Unfortunately, as a Mexican American performer, he continually finds himself overlooked. When he gets the brilliant idea to mount his own production of William Shakespeare's infamously unlucky "Macbeth," starring a cast comprised of all BIPOC performers, he enlists the help of his best friend and roommate Milo to direct the thing. From landing a haunted theatre to perform their show in, to trying to scrounge up the money to mount the production, Milo and Jorge are committed to beating the odds and the forces of the supernatural because, after all, 'the show must go on.'
