Sudan Last Standing male (2018)

Biodiversity loss is considered one of the biggest environmental challenges of our times. Since 1970, humanity has wiped out 60% the vertebrate species that inhabit our world. This short film shares the story of "Sudan", the last male northern white rhino in the world, who passed away on March 19th, 2018. Throughout life, Sudan acted as an ambassador for conservation sharing a message of hope and awareness to millions of people. May his story continue to be told and his message spread. This is a tribute to all the lost rhinos and a wake up call to change their destiny.
