Ascension (2020)

In the near future, 20-year-old Pasha slowly dies from amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. Despite being raised in a deeply religious Orthodox family, he studies possible scientific ways to avoid death. Finding a real way to make his consciousness eternal, he is faced with a misunderstanding of his mother and family friend, Father Mikhail - they both try to guide Pasha on the true path from their point of view. The dilemma seems unsolvable, but Pasha will still have to make his choice.
