The Slave King (2017)

The tyrannical Lord Graada sets out to find new warriors to strengthen his security force after a failed assassination attempt on his life. During the search for able bodied men, Graada's forces clash with Guru, a young farmer enjoying a peaceful life with his mother and fiancee, Akusha, during which his mother is killed. Guru is taken to the castle to serve under Graada and is trained to become one of his guards. Some weeks later Akusha is also captured by the guards and brought to the castle where she catches the eye of Lord Graada. The lovers begin to meet in secret until Graada marries her and forces himself on her. Some weeks later, Akusha is accompanied by Guru and another guard to a waterfall where they are attacked by assassins. Guru is gravely wounded when he fights them off to allow Akusha and the guard to escape, however he is found by members of a nearby village who nurse him to health. Weeks pass by and Lord Graada sends some merchants he captured to the village Guru has been hiding in, unbeknownst to him. After they ravage the village Guru returns for a final showdown with Graada and his men.
