Undervalued Appraisal (2022)

Wendell Richards is hoping to take advantage of the hot real estate market and get the best possible offer for his home. He hires a home inspector to do an appraisal, but when the results come back he is incredibly disappointed. The appraisal comes in hundreds of thousands of dollars under what he expected. Thinking something fishy might be happening, Wendell decides to remove all the evidence of his family, and has a white friend pose as the new owner of the house, who is looking to flip it for a profit. Low and behold, the same appraiser returns but this time he values the home at top dollar.
