Hello Neighbor (2022)

When Nicky Roth moves to a new city, he meets his neighbor, Aaron and they both go to the same school. They have a bond and become friends. Nicky also gains a special relationship with Aaron's parents, Theodore and Diane Peterson. But after a few weeks of getting to know the family, Aaron and his sister both go missing. Nicky goes to Aaron's house across the street to investigate. But he notices that there is multiple locks and other equipment to keep the basement door locked. Nicky decides to break in to the basement to find his friend but the father, Theodore Peterson goes a little crazy and tries to catch and chase Nicky to not get in the basement. So what's done there?
