Istiklal (1987)

Adali Hüseyin, a flirtatious and murderous bully, unpopular in the town and constantly causing incidents, is sentenced to death for murder because of a woman issue in his last crime. While the country was under occupation, foreign officers claimed that he was no longer an Ottoman citizen and saved him from execution.
